Hello Berry Patch! Sorry this is coming to you so late, but I had some poor time management due to Halloween celebrations, haha
But I have been wearing a lovely polish made by my last indie interviewee – Lyn B Designs. It was the perfect color for the month of October because not only is it orange-y, it also comes from a Halloween themed collection.
So I started with two layers of Lyn B Designs Shadow on the Moon, from the Nightmare Begins collection (based on the Nightmare Before Christmas). I have had a bit of a hard time trying to accurately describe this color. I would describe it as kind of a dusty orange, but here is the description from the Etsy shop: “A sheer darkened red base with pale pink and pale orange small hexes, microfine silver holographic glitter, and itty bitty gold hexes”. And those holographic glitters really do give this polish something special. But I wanted to up the Halloween-ness of this mani, so I used Zoya’s Raven (a black creme) to add some spiderweb accents. I’m not super happy with the spiderwebs because I just didn’t have a nail art brush thin enough to create lines as thin as I would have liked. And then I topped everything off with a coat of Seche Vite.
While this color is very unique, I’m not sure it’s one I would have thought to buy on my own. I love the holographic aspect of it, but orange just isn’t really my color. And unfortunately for me, this isn’t a very long wearing glitter. But the second day, I was already getting chips :/ But if you are the type of person who loves to change their polish often, this won’t be a problem. It applies nicely and I didn’t have to do any fishing for glitter, which is a big plus. One of the other things I really loved about Lyn B Design polishes, is the bottles! They are such a unique shape, it really makes them stand out from other indie polishes. Now if you would like to own one of these cool polishes then enter through the rafflecoptor app below

Wow I really love Shadow On the Moon. It is a beautiful color.
I like they polish, it’s glittery…but not “WAH BAM I am a glitter polish!! ” I don’t like most glitters, so it’s kinda pretty!!
I love the sweet bottles
i love these serise as it gives me a more depth look at the process that goes on with indie makers .
I love all your questions you ask in your interviews. It is always interesting to me to see how everyone else keeps up with all their polishes. Love the Shadow on the Moon nail polish. I love orange and glitter
I love Shadow On The Moon, it is so pretty and love reading interviews from indies!
Wow, I’ve never seen a color like Shadow on the Moon. I’m not really an orange lover either, but I looove how dusky it looks. It’s too bad it didn’t last too long but hey it gives you more of a reason to mix it up and put more polish on
Love her work station!
It was amazing to see her workspace
I guess this isn’t specific to this review, but I love the picture quality, all the time. I can really get a feel for the color and how it’ll actually appear on my finger tips!
I love the work station! So cool!
I commented on the interview!
I really like this color, kind of a flesh toned orangey color.
I like how she started because she was tired of settling. I’ve felt that urge before (yet never had the courage to follow through).
I love this color! I’ve been wanting a periwinkle type of color.
I like how she had her mom help with a name for the berry polish.
I love how she got started! Also love her work station
I adore your indie maker interviews! You ask excellent questions and I love the photos included; I really enjoy seeing an artist’s workspace.
I love love these interviews with indie makers!!! I own a couple of LynB polishes too and I think her creations are beautiful
Thank you for the review and giveaway!
Wow, Shadow on the Moon is definitely a unique polish! What I loved about this interview was that you gave both your description and the seller’s description of the polish. Keep on blogging!

Love this review. Thanks for the giveaway! Did all the things
I actually really like the orangey color of it, but at least you’re honest about how long it lasted.
